Great service as always

Very nice staff. Service was done in a timely manner. However, I did not get a notice when the car was done like I was told I would. This was not a problem this time as I had walked down to a nearby store so I was close by.

Fast and complete service.

There are soooo many good things to say but I will reveal a few. First off I asked to see the torn intake tube as I did not think it needed to be replaced. Earlier I had the air filters replaced on both the passenger and drivers side but decided to wait on the intake tube. The reason being I could not figure out how it could have gotten torn,so when I decided to replace it I also asked to see the torn intake tube. One of the up front guys brought the intake tub and showed me and he was right it needed to be replaced. What a nice service team they have there and they were very helpful and I will have some more work done there soon. Great team and a great job!! Pat

Next time get my place of work correct when I tell you the name. Also I expect you to deliver my vehicle back and bring in my keys, as I am at the front desk. I can also pay you at that time.

oil change, took longer than I was told so got a discount. Wish they would clean and vacuum the inside like they used to.

The day after I got my oil changed and cabin filter replaced (at the “recommendation of the tech”), my check engine light came on and I can no longer remote start my vehicle with the fob or the app. There’s only 46,000 miles on this Tahoe, and I wasn’t having any issues with it prior to the oil change.

Very easy and no problems. I had no problems with anything it was all done for me. Juan sat in the car with me and went through all the bells and whistles with me and repeated if I needed to go through it again. Purchase went very smooth. I just had to write a check and I was in my way with my new car.

Oil change and check up. Done in timely manner and good info. Spoke to her about my tires and the last set I bought there, that when I picked up a nail and they were too busy to fix it. It was supposed to be done for free. Now you don’t have that offer anymore. Makes sense if I didn’t get it anyway. Had to pay someone else.

Service was done quickly and professionally; all workers were polite and explained everything well.

First time the scheduler didn’t mark the vehicle to be picked up so we rescheduled for the next day. This time they picked it up but dropped it off at my home while I was at work! They did offer to come get me and bring me and my kids home but how frustrating! Attention to detail is obviously not being observed.

I had a very disappointing experience with Billion Ford after it was taken over by Chevy. When I purchased my vehicle, several issues should have been addressed before the sale. The remote for the car didn’t work, the tires were leaking air, and the TPMS lights were on. I brought the car back to have it cleaned, but it honestly looked like it was rushed through. The interior was still dirty and didn’t feel like it had been properly detailed. When you buy a vehicle, you expect it to be in good condition and properly cleaned before you take it home. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. I hope they improve their inspection and detailing process for future customers.

I was in to get new tires put on. When I left with my vehicle when completed, I only got about 5 miles down the road before I had a flat tire. I had to have someone come help to put the spare tire on and bring it back to the shop to have it all fixed again. Major inconvenience. The job should have been done right the first time.

Stayed with me till the problem was solved and rode till the squeak was solved, didn’t find anything at first but told them that it was in the left rear corner and the younger guy rode in the back and he found the problem and fixed it.

Went like it should. Appreciate the appointment reminders.

Monica was very professional and kind, as usual. My car was done in a timely matter and returned within the receiving area so that I just needed to drive out, very thoughtful, thank you. I’ve had no further check engine issues, a peace of mind. The mechanics are great!!

Tyler was great to work with. He had everything in order before my new vehicle even arrived at the dealership. He even helped my husband and kids pull off an amazing "surprise delivery". It was overall a great experience.
