We were just having our traverse looked over and they found something that need my attention so they print out a list and I called and they walked me through wht was on the list and a aprosement time line to getting them fix I couldnt be happier. Worthington has a great team there the only dealership that I trust to look at and work on my traverse
From the moment I walked in the door, Natalie and the rest of the sales team at Marthaler were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. That, combined with their no-haggle, Best Price policy, made the purchase of my new Silverado the most pleasant and straightforward vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend Marthaler to anyone searching for a new vehicle.
This was the worst buying a vehicle experience. Would never recommend Marthaler to anyone. I don't know how many times we were lied to. Not sure if it was the salesperson or the dealership. But no one seemed to know what was going on with getting our truck. Horrible communicators. They rushed us thru to get their sales numbers for the month and shafted us. We were 7 days from making our 1st payment on the note and received the truck. Took 38 from time of sale and paperwork done to receive truck that when we did sign papers they said would be in our hand in 3 days.
I had a warranty issue and the worker was telling me I boughht my vehicle a year and six months earlier than I actually did. Telling me the warranty expired and it is not. If that’s the case give me my money back. Turned out ok in the end but why stress out the customer. People tell their friends these things
I asked for my tires to be rotated the mechanic made the decision not to based on his opinion. I did not ask for his opinion when I ask for something to be done I would expect it to be done moving forward when I say rotate the tires I expect them to be rotated even if the mechanic doesn’t think they need it, again my truck my decision
